German Sarabia joined United Way of Central Eastern California in June 2026 as an Administrative Assistant, providing administrative support to the Grants and Accounting departments. In this role, he helps ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting the organization’s mission to strengthen communities throughout Central Eastern California.
German earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Bakersfield and brings valuable experience from his previous fellowship with United Way. Through that experience, he developed a strong understanding of the organization’s work and built skills in collaboration, organization, and community-focused service.
Known for his positive attitude and willingness to help, German enjoys contributing to a team that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of local residents. He is excited to continue growing professionally while supporting programs and initiatives that benefit the community.
