Farmworker Advancement Program

This innovative program aims to provide employment based training and educational opportunities to farmworkers and their immediate family members by partnering with local trade union and workforce development partners. 

Through this program, participants will learn some of the following skills: language proficiency, professional development, problem solving, computer training, and financial literacy. Participants in the program will receive financial stipends and additional financial supports to ensure their success in the program. In the final weeks of the program, participants will then transition into one of the following three pathways: higher education, vocational program, and internship opportunities.
