The CA PATH CITED Community Supports program is a vital initiative aimed at addressing housing instability in our community. UWCEC is working to establish key partnerships within Kern, Inyo, and Mono counties to ensure a successful launch of our 4 Community Supports services in 2025. Through strategic planning, partnerships, and comprehensive services, we will work to ensure that individuals find and maintain housing in the long term.
